The Return Of Mr Adams?

I am really starting to feel Micky is making inroads into building HIS squad. JJ seems like just what we need and Birchill is going to be decent with more games under his belt. Also some of Micky's quotes recently seem more determined and gritty than before, nice to hear him talk about needing brave players and wanting the ball. I was as anti Adams as anyone at one point but maybe (I know I could be wrong) the last couple of results have fired him up. Is this the start of the Micky's Albion Mark 2? I am in full support of the man!:clap2:

Thoughts?

I hope you are right. Two draws certainly do not make a season, but the signs are certainly improving.

Here's to optimism :drink::whisky:

blimey we have picked up two points away from home and now we are real madrid.

I am not sure why he is saying we are playing so well away from home this season, its good we have been undefeated in the last 3. 15 points from 14 games is brilliant, it wouldnt be so bad if our home record wasnt so piss poor.

I think he is actually scared of playing at home, and is the one that needs to be brave himself.

I am not saying we have turned the corner (I hate that phrase) I am just saying the signs are good. And I am sorry but nil nil at Leicester is a bloody good result considering how crap we have been all season that will give Micky and the boys confidence and it seems to have re focused him. But yes your right we still need to see how we get on in the next few weeks.

It's way too early to say. We may have had two decent draws but we are a long way from where we were this time last year. A lot more needs to be done before the majority will be convinced.

For some reason I feel more optimistic about our run of draws that has left us in the relegation zone than I did about the pair of wins we had against millwall and leicester earlier in the season that had us mid table...

You mean the 70% who voted IN after Tuesday night?

Knee jerk reaction. The reasons for keeping Adams here are as much financial as anything else. I am not anti but I far from convinced that any corners have been turned. A win on Saturday might help.

Yep,building his own squad,to replenish that run down by taking on too many youth squad players because they had got to the youth cup quarter final.They were not good enough,and have been found out.

Course,like all managers , Mr Adams will also bring in some duds,but my belief is that he will build another good side,and as I've said before,the BBC predictor has us well away from the relegation zone at seasons end. I know.I've just seen it.

Knee-jerk maybe, but the highest the OUTS have got in the last few weeks is around 60%.

In our current position, these polls will always be biased by the most recent result. A win is the light at the end of the unnel, the turning point etc., a loss is "business as usual" here we go again... we've been found out etc.

The polls should be carried out a significant time after the last match, to allow people to digest, reflect, etc.
