Sherrock is set to take on ‘Bronzed Adonis' Beaton in her opening match at the World Darts Championship on Sunday evening, with the blockbuster clash being aired live on Sky Sports
The 27-year-old became the first female player to win any matches at the World Championship in Alexandra Palace back in 2019, earning her the ‘Queen of the Palace’ nickname.
She will be hoping to repeat her historic antics at Ally Pally once again this year but faces a tough draw in veteran Beaton, who will be making his record 31st appearance at the event.
"It's a very exciting draw, isn't it? I'm really excited because again I get to play an iconic person in the sport and I'm really privileged to play that and I'm excited to see what happens,” the Milton Keynes native told Sky Sports.
Let’s hope she can do it again!
