Still on the bus but under the stadium. We got on the bus about 15 mins ago and have moved about 15 metres!
depends if there is a neighbourhood the police do not really want you driving through, or previous incidents where coaches have been attacked with bricks and bottles etc, having been on those coaches in the dark days, considering your stuck on a coach in a foreign land, I will take the long trip to the ground all day long.It is pretty much standard practice in some European countries (France and Italy spring to mind) to bus away fans in completely the wrong direction, making the journey stupidly long
I'm finished, can I open a Guinness yet..?I could start another thread but sod that …out in Hove..very quiet ..three more pieces of work to do ..currently enjoying a flask of coffee and lunch (packet of crisps) …ETA (home) 5pm ..shower/snack ..should be in my seat at 5.15pm ..nerve wracking
It's been 5 oclock somewhere for the last few hours!I'm finished, can I open a Guinness yet..?
Then be clearer in your questioning.

Amen to that. I’ve never been so stressed going to a game, I remember feeling having left 4hrs before KO, I’d just have to miss the game. After all those years of dross I was going to be denied our most glorious moment. 2hrs to move from m40 to m3 jct. it was insane. How I made KO is another story. I begged and blagged, made in nick of time. This reminds me of the M25 when I was trying to get to the Amex for the AEK game.
Journey around an hour with the route they take you out and current trafficMassive queues in La joilette. Did the last lot of buses drop off?
We’re still on the set that left about 50 mins ago - stuck in trafficMassive queues in La joilette. Did the last lot of buses drop off?
