Ok, who do we think is a realistic signing in the forthcoming window ?

Andone - has to be still on the radar
Dembele - no smoke without fire
Ings - looking for first team action

Leave it to you to add to the list !

In a moment of clarity, midway through the last window, I asked:-

'who has actually been signed that could be considered a 'realistic transfer target' '.

At the time (and I don't think it changed much) my answer was Sandros to Everton, for £5m, and I seem to remember a bit of love for Jay Rodriguez.

The moral of the story is...

,,,realistic signings are a bit shite.

Oumar Niasse has arguably been the most impressive of all the strikers we've been linked with this season.

I'd imagine he's still more than realistic, with Everton signing Tosun for £25m and having Calvert Lewin/Sandro.

Ze Luis - bid reportedly turned down.

Also reported interest in 2 Championship midfielders - Bobby Reid (Bristol City) and Josh Vela (Bolton)

We could send Brown back and cancel that loan - and get two new loans in?

That sound the most sensible move but who? I would bite the bullet and offer to pay the wages of Sturridge or Giroud and in Sturridgte case not play him against the top 6 and hope to keep him fit to score against the other sides.
