dont mind what the colour is for the away just dont want the sponsor to be iron on

The sponsor will be iron on.

Being a single colour, however, it should be the case that the logo is individual letters rather than a big plasticy patch. That'll do for me (and most, I imagine).

I'd like the 3rd kit to be similar to the Barca one above, but plain white; to be paired with blue shorts, white socks. Won't happen of course. Be some garish nonsense.

I have never quite worked this out. A company as big as NIKE are unable to incorporate the sponsors logo within the shirt yet Errea can.... I know they don't even do it for the "Big Boys" but surely even Nike can appreciate it makes their shirts look tacky when Iron on transfers are applied.
I am sure it would increase sales of replica Shirts across the board if they did.

That image that the club has just "revealed" was in the Brighton & Hove Independent this morning, along with the news that the third kit will be "crimson with a subtle pinstripe."

What, exactly, they mean by crimson I don't know, but Nike's kit for the Alabama Crimson Tide suggests it could be anywhere between red and claret via maroon or brick red ...
