Heard this appalling phrase again on question time last night. Seems that we are all being patted on the head and told to go away and eat our gruel because there are not enough pennies in the piggy bank to feed, house and care for the population. Not so sure.

Was hoping this was an Enid Blyton book rather than more Politics

The Tories seems to know of the money tree when it comes to refurbishing Buck Palace at a cost £400m to the tax payer, or expensive (but unsafe) cladding for unsightly council flats so that the nice Tory voting locals don't have to look at a ghastly concrete tower, but apparently it's all "pie in the sky" when it comes to basic public safety or social care.



Their failure to grasp simple economics - that we clearly need to raise taxes - is why I won't vote this current bunch of incompetents.

He rants pretty well IMO

He has epic rants on his channel. Reminds me of some conversations I used to have when I was a cabbie. I took a well heeled gent to the station one day who was moaning about benefit scrounging wasters etc. I had to remind him that everyone he relied on for basic services, nurses, teachers, delivery drivers, shop assistants and cabbies, just like, me were all on benefits, in fact anyone on less that 40k a year relies on "Tax Credits" ( otherwise known as 'the dole') to survive, so in reality most of the country is on the dole. He didn't have a lot to say, but at least he gave me a tip!
