RDZ from what we have heard has been hard on Billy G and JPVH for a reason. Other players could sulk these two have excelled into top players and now first names on the team sheet.

I’ve been hard on apprentices in the past not because I’ve disliked them it’s because I’ve pushed them to be the best they can be. Years on they still thank me for everything and call for advice which maybe work related or for personal life issues.

Some others don’t work out and I’ve had the mums on the phone thinking I’m being to hard on their little lambs
