Well ASC Strikers U15s finished off their season with a resounding 5 - 0 win against Fishersgate Flyers.

Controversial to the end the local derby included a first ever red card in a game I have managed to an opposition player for foul and abusive language.

Disputed penalty given to us and a straight red as well

Personally I thought it was a very harsh decision however it does state that foul and abusive language now warrants a straight red.

Also it was pretty clear the referee was sworn at very badly.

On this we disagree.

Should be a red at any age, have to learn its not acceptable.

I suppose so, think a warning could have sufficed but they need to learn discipline.

An opponent in our U14 match was red carded a few weeks ago for swearing, so they are obviously being strict about it. Maybe they should have a yellow for first offence then if they do it again then they could have a red

As a ref you are told not to allow it.
I suppose it could be harsh.

I can see both sides
