If you listen to it would you happen to know what he means when he references the phrase “cheese salad”?
He refers to it a lot but I cannot fathom it’s context, obviously something from a previous show but i cannot figure out what it can mean. Anyone?

It may have something to do with his instagram post from July 2018 where he asks "what's cooking under the famous kettle?" One of the replies is "Cheese salad".

Unless that reply was prompted by Vaughn's own references to cheese salad.

Do Vaughn's references to cheese salad predate July 2018?
