They were from Pakistan, Asia. People describe that scum as 'Asian' as it is vague and it minimises the potential offence caused to all the innocent people of similar ethnicities.

Most people feel it is unnecessary to emphasise the fact they are Muslim - as predominantly Muslim countries span from Morocco to Indonesia. This problematic culture of rape and molestation seems to emanate specifically from Pakistan, it would be unfair to assign this disgrace to the entire Muslim population, don't you think? Equally, it would be unfair to tar all Pakistanis with that tainted brush, considering a vast majority are not guilty of those crimes.

I think there is a problem in the UK which is growing.
A lot of people don't like to address this problem head on in fear of being labelled Racist.
Personally, I'd like this to be tackled head on and stop the treading over eggshells approach.
