Apparently he was pissed off with himself for not saving any of the penalties, so thought he'd try a change of luck. He wasn't down to take last, but sent Nuno Valente back to the half-way line. Bastard

Are you allowed to change the penalty taking order once it's been submitted to the ref?

In all of the penalty shoot-outs I've done as a ref, I've only taken the names of the first 5 penalty takers. Ricardo was the 7th, so it was probably up to them out of the remaining players.
