From what I could see the cars, at least five, all had permits...the cheeky traffic warden was looking very happy with himself - this was about 07.30....

Probably the council trying to make back some of the money they wasted on ruining that road.

Hear hear. Instead of spunking £700k on a bike lane nobody needed why can't they resurface Madeira Drive east of the sea life centre which is an utter disgrace.
