Has anyone else had the pleasure of dealing with this useless pile of shit. It has to be, without doubt, the most inept, incompetent, disorganised shower of absolute wankers I've ever come across.

Just thought I'd share.

it is. If the CSA were a battle then they would be Stalingrad. Massive casualties on both sides with no real hope of resolution or peace. In my own experience they have actually managed to add fuel to the fire. And you met the Voldemort that i had married then you would realise that took some doing.

I have to agree...I cannot stand them...

they told me 90% of males are bad dads..don't pay etc...I said thanks but that does not include me....

Don't listen, and don't care..In honesty they have made my overall feeling to my X even worse as she got this bunch involved...oh yeah don't get me started on back pay....

I can't speak to them, my solicitor deals with them..

Can never understand why ex wives/girlfriends ask the CSA to get involved as they get nothing out of it if they are on benefits and would do better to have a private arrangement.

Yes my ex got them involved even though we had an agreed amount, they contacted my work as I didn't fill the form out as I was away on holiday(bastards)!then when they told me how much I had to pay I was shocked,I rang them and explained I had a mortgage and couldn't really afford that amount, but they weren't bothered.I'm still struggling now there must be a way off getting payment down without going on dole, any ideas??

I think a lot of it is down to spite and jealousy as they want to see the relationship their ex partners have with someone else disintegrate.

Get back with the ex or at least re-try a private arrangement

My mate has a kid, always pays well over the odds for him, needed a break for 2 weeks due to moving flat and needing deposit, his ex went mental, went to CSA, she now gets half of what she used to, and still expects him to pay what he was as 'extra'.. stupid bitch

Once the CSA are involved they will do all they can to stop a private arrangement. One of my sons was contacted by them recently and when he spoke to his ex she thought she would get what they made him pay as extra to her benefit, stupid bitch and when he explained she said ' well at least it will make you pay something'. He has remarried and taken on his new wifes children from her previous marriage, but that doesnt matter.

The CSA did their very best to ruin my life 15 years ago.

It seems they are still at it.

Wankers
They have ruined mine mate right now. I won't go in to it but my advice is don't fight them. You will lose. They hold so much power and really are untouchable.

My brother and sister have seen both sides. My brother got screwed over by his ex (he stupidly paid her cash when they first split, she claims he never gave her anything, so he has had to pay backpay, they have clawed everything they can, despite him having a new wife and one of her's to take care of.

My sister on the other and spent 7 years getting the csa to case up her ex, and ha only just recently started to get anything.

my dad's experiences have put me off having kids. He's been a brilliant dad to all his kids.

He recently got them involved as he was paying way too much for my younger half-brothers. On finding out his ex put down earnings of £38 quid a week he pointed out she earns more than that and goes on foreign holidays and he hasn't gone on any for years. They just said "we don't investigate the women, just the men"... so he still gets screwed.

Come on guys... Do some research. Child maintenance is paid over and above benefits. Law changed in 2008. Latest Green Paper for New Scheme from 2012 will emphasise making own arrangements rather than using the CSA. The MP's make the laws. The staff are shackled by legislation and procedures. There is a winner and a loser in every case. That is all.

Someone who has never dealt with them obviously.
