Just a matter of time before they slip back out of existence which is a shame. Would be good to have more local teams in the league.

Bit harsh to call them tinpot. Small clubs have no choice now, the compensation payable by the big clubs, when they nick your best players is derisory, which means the risks are just too great. Crawley's best hope is to pick up the best of the academy drop outs and try and build a squad that way. I don't think they will be the only Div1/2 side taking this approach.
