I think the leader of North Korea wins this award, heard he was very ill.
Let's hope he croaks soon before he decides to aim the next missile at South Korea.

As Basil Brush would say -He clearly wants to go out with a bang - "Boom! Boom!" (I'll get me coat)

I think Gannon wanted a job closer to home. That and he looked at us and thought it too much of a risk. The fannying about was for the benefit of the Stockport fans.

I'm not so sure we were looking such the prospect to any smart managers at that time.
Gannon, unlike Slade, was in work, unlike Sladey. He might have looked at the boardroom splitting as a neg, and the recent record for hiring then elbowing managers.
Then there was our league position at that time.

FEW people would have taken that on, especially uprooting to the South dragging a family and having to forge new relationships etc. Football is not all that some people live and breathe to eclipse family matters - and certainly not to perform a tightrope walk somewhere far away from home.

I don't believe that for a minute. Stockport were broke: the fans knew it and Gannon certainly knew it - you can't try to get more money out of an organisation that hasn't got any.

I'm not suggesting he was flirting with us to try and screw more money out of Stockport for himself. I just think he was getting increasingly frustrated at how that club was being run, and wanted to fire a shot across the bows to show that he could easily be off, IF he wanted. Looks like he never really had any intention of actually moving south.

Im not sure if your trying to get a rise out of me probably knowing i have what in meathead circles is known to be a so called spastic son as its common knowledge i take him to withers when i can,but the skin has thickened to such childish ramblings many moons ago,so ile just take it you have not got a valid opinion and move on .

Valid opinion? Some of the shite you post on here is unbelievable and before I participated in displaying my views on here I had to read your unfeasible amount of cod shit on that dreadful waste of time 606.

Oh and by the way your efforts to sound like some Pullman like author in the above don't change a leopards skin, as the fact is nearly all of your incredible amount of posts have been shoddy and f*** witted.

Did he get any abuse on the final game, or are we referring to H block idiots again ?

I think we underestimate his feelings to Stockport. There may of been a part of him that wanted to come but he was close to the club and those fans
