It's a coalition on nations who are willing to support Ukraine in their efforts to oust Putin......

The only bizarre thing about it for me, is that I thought of that name for a collective European effort last week. I'll waive the copyright in the circumstance.

Last time the phrase was used was to designate those countries that wanted to defy the international rules-based order and invade Iraq. Suspect in this instance, it will refer to just about every European country with the exception of Orban/Hungary (another Putin patsy) and potentially 'pacifist' Switzerland.
