Pretty good effort me thinks... better than the stupid map we get over here which was recently updated and now makes NYC look like a desert with Central park a lovely shade of dirty yellow

Amazing, I'd be interested in that framed for £40 yeah, just shame about the spelling mistakes pointed out. Think if it's being sold they'd spell check this sort of thing as that's what puts me off.

Simutrans looks different, give it a go if I get bored later and can't sleep

My flatmate did something similar years ago! Shame it was never really finished though.

Aye, sorry Sean, I had a good two years on you with this idea

Hockley Blues - I think you're missing the point. Sean has made a witty and clever intepretation of Brighton using the tube map style as a vehicle (IMHO). You made a faux-tube map. Not the same idea, sorry.

PS I have no idea who Sean is btw, so guessing at his motivation.

That is Genius! :clap::clap::clap::clap:

I can't believe some of you guys are criticising?
I can only assume it's tongue in cheek critique?
Who cares if he's spelt names wrong, or put Whitehawk too far east or west?

Look at the clever little things he's put in there ....
The 3 pronged end to the line at Devil's Dyke?
Jodan's peak shaped like a boob?
The 'actually' line only going through Hove?
The Greyhound stadium loop?
The Queen's circle line shown in Pink?

Well done that man .... excellent piece of work!

Although this is true, and they are different maps, the faux-tube map is still pretty impressive and would be pretty cool to have in Sussex.

Of anywhere to have an Underground in Sussex, I believe Burgess Hill to be the most deserving.

Imagine... The Martletts, to Tesco...

Highlights for me:-

Yew Bank & Vegan Mills.

I think something vaguely sarcastic about the link between Falmer and Lewes would be appropriate though.

I want to take the family down to the pier from Lewes. So I take the Hanover & District Line to Muesli Hill, then hop on the Stag & Hen Line to Old Steine and finally the Northern Line to Palace Pier. Is that right? And how much for two adults and three kids return please?
