Caught some of the report on R5 and it's a mighty powerful report. Why so long for justice ?
Same as the Post Office scandal. Those who knew either turned a blind eye or actively got involved, those who have followed them have been more interested in the reputation of the institution than the truth and the fourth estate simply weren’t all that bothered as they had other, “sexier” stories to talk about. Oh, and a few people got absolutely filthy rich off the back of it. And the victims were little people who could be easily ignored.Caught some of the report on R5 and it's a mighty powerful report. Because as we've learnt in our lifetimes, it was performed by the state.Caught some of the report on R5 and it's a mighty powerful report. Why so long for justice ?
Except, once again, Private Eye - who have been reporting on this since about 1987.Same as the Post Office scandal. Institutional protectionism aka corruption.Caught some of the report on R5 and it's a mighty powerful report. Why so long for justice ?
As a lefty accolyte of the NHS....the managers at the NHS are culpable here.Because as we've learnt in our lifetimes, it was performed by the state.
I’ve said it before, if Private Eye was the most read publication in the country we’d be in a much better state than we are now.Except, once again, Private Eye - who have been reporting on this since about 1987.
The chances diminish. An absolute scandal, which must never happen again but, will invariably, be repeated in one form or another.
