I reckon the cook along with Ramsay could have been quite good if he wasnt so hyper and actually took time to see if the guest was keeping up instead of going so fast and making them look stupid.

Simon Rimmer on Something for the Weekend is pretty good, love Come Dine With Me. Naked Chef was good, before Oliver started getting too big for his boots and trying to run the country

Anything presented by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.

I'm with you, Hugh is very good and not up his own arse like some of the others or a foul mouthed toilet like Ramsay

Of that list Master Chef and Come Dine With Me, but i whole heartedly support Chappers and the HFW crew, his book on Fish is brilliant

I would love to see a Ministry of Food style programme, done at the correct pace and teaching people to cook effectively

Where is the legendary Can't Cook, Won't Cook??? Essential daytime viewing whenever I was off work, good old fashioned light entertainment at Brunch.
