I’m glad you are a Citra man but it’s a lovely question isn’t it ? It’s
Ike music really

It's all subjective, yes. I just checked my Untappd account to see my top ranking beers and the majority of them are stouts, but I wouldn't necessarily go down the pub and drink 3 or 4 of them. Got some Deya arriving tomorrow, which is exciting

As a newcomer to drinking a variety of different beers, rather than sticking to my regulars, could I ask which online shops people use please? I would like to try several of those already listed, but would prefer to place one order rather than six or seven.

Which online shop has the best range at the cheapest price?

I tend to drink Sussex beers, because the micros I use tend to keep things local. As has previously been posted Long Man ales are a favourite. But Gun Brewery beers are my first choice if I see one on the board.

Try Bedlam Brewery at Plumpton Green (could be preaching to the converted here), their Pheonix American IPA is absolute killer and I'm one for Sussex beers,Longman, Langham, DarkStar, Gunn, Hepworth, Hammerpot, Goldmark, Arundel etc top work from a rising star. That reminds me is Burning Sky still going?

Had a couple of schooners on tap of their Defender IPA down in Wooloomooloo a few months back - outstanding !!

Almost up there with my favourite - 'Little Dove IPA'. Brewed at the fabulous Gage Roads Brewing Co in Western Australia - worth traversing across the Nullarbor for !!

Long Man Long Blond and Old Man are my two favourites at the moment and have ordered a case of each. All of their beers are good and would be happy drinking any of them. Gun Scaramanga also very good and Dark Star Hophead.

Currently ANY beer is a favourite, going shopping is Russian roulette at the moment and so the combination of shortages/ Lock downs / restrictions like 3 of anything only makes beer sourcing fraught with danger.

My local Co-op beer section was slaughtered the other day to the extent that I had to buy a pack of 4 San Miguel.... that was gone really before I got warmed up.

Have 4 pints of Chennai coming from Brooksteed for £12 today but might look to Dark Star and their 5l kegs for longer term.

Although I was delighted to pick up a few pints of LongMan No.8 from the Stanley at the weekend too.

This. I swear it's actually good for you. Brewed in some backstreet arches around Piccadilly station in Manchester.

I was in Manchester 3 weeks ago and Track are currently housing their taproom in Cloudwater’s taproom. What an afternoon that was
