what d'ya all think?

to be honest i think this is the weakest line up ever, but here is my low down

raef- pretty good, think he'll make the top 4.......was a bit lost tonight though, so maybe not that adaptable

lucinda- easily the best team leader and organiser......however she is prone to have a bit of a PADDY.......i think she'll also make the last 4, and if she makes the final, could win it(as the final is basically organising people)

lee- quite enthusiastic, decent team leader and a good sales person.......however is capable of being a bit aggressive

michael- will go next week if on the losing team. useless and slimy, suprised he stayed this week

helene- not ACTUALLY sure of what she's EVER done apart from moan

alex- seems pretty good, but always seems to be on the losing team......get the impression that he just does 'his bit' and doesn't give a shit about the team aslong as he's fine

claire- pretty good and s'r'alan seems to like her..should make last 4 with ease

i think the last 4 will be raef, lucinda, claire and then one of lee and alex:)

Didn't see tonights episode but agree that this is the weakest lineup ever. Most of them aren't even likeable people either. Some of the previous contestants would walk this, the likes of Badger and Tulip would be pissing all over these halfwits

Last four - Raef, Lee, Alex, Claire

The rest left are relatively PANTS.

He got it right today, but Michael should have gone too.

Raef is an absolute hero - I want him to win for no other reason than that. I think the best business people there are Lucinda and Claire.

Agree that Michael is a slimy so and so who should have been fired ages ago.

Lee is a bit of a lad and sometimes his agression comes out a bit too much. Hasn't got enough about him to win. Functions ok in a team but on his own I think would be found wanting.

They are all appalling. Especially Lee, the twunt. I work in the cosy, cossetted public sector so I don't know what people who actually make money for a living are like. Are they all as utterly stupid?

I disagree with the idea that this is the weakest line-up ever: I'd have them as one of the strongest (although not as good as the bunch in the first series).

The reason? In previous series, tasks were often won by the side who did least worst rather than did particularly well. This time round, we're seeing much more organisation - the winners last night and last week couldn't be faulted in any way. We also haven't seen so many screaming rows and sheer nastiness in this series (and will see even less now that Chinny McGinger has gone). There are still some very weak people in it - Michael must be hanging by the tiniest of threads - but there are some good ones too.

I still think that the producers haven't exactly chosen the brightest business brains out there and have looked for people who'd make good television rather than do a good job, but that's been true for all the series.

Unfortunately this time around I think the contestants were picked due to their watchability and bnot general business ability.

THe producers clearly wanted larger than life characters mixed with shrinking violets and those that would be picked on. All in order that the show remained watchable.

However of those left I think the best bets would be Claire, Lee and Lucinda.

Helene is strong but I think she will be found out for what she is- a loud, brash incompetent bully. I do not see why Sir Alan didn't fire her after his statement that "I have to find the reason why you failed and fire the person responsible." Next sentance "It seems to me that this task was lost on the first day due entirely to incorrect product choice and preparation." Therefore Helene would have to go.

That withstanding however Sara was indeed really lame- crap salesperson, poor negotiator and terrible in the boardroom.

Difficult one for next week, but all in all I reckon that Michael will have to go when his team will lose.

Although, I did hear that the final epsiode is filmed not long before the viewers watch the episode.

Hope this saves it :glare::lol:
