They had one of the interviewers on You're Fired and he did say that they were being deliberately harsh and that it was not what you should expect in a normal interview. Seemed like a nice bloke.

The others are pretty tough but he's borderline psychotic. He doesn't actually land any big blows: Karen Brady did a better job of that. But he doesn't care about that. Claude just wants to rant at people. For fun. Nutter.
