Being realistic I want Kate and Yasmina left in. Being unrealistic I was James in there still but he won't be.

When I see James trying to explain himself to Sir Alan I can't help but think of Martin Keown or Tony Adams whenever I've seen either of them in the pundits' chair.

Debra altough young will do well, but for a job at this level you dont just need someone with business accumen, but must also be able to communicate with a level of respect.

I would not employ her personally, you would be permanently having to firefight with people she has problems with....however, she is young and will learn the hard way...hence Alanh Sugar ..."Stay in touch"
