We all say they don't want to play for England, the Premier League and club chairman say they want us to win the World Cup and the players say money isn't that important, easy then:
Each English player should have a choice, you can sign your England contract, which has no monetary value but it does mean you play for your club and are available for your country. It also has a clause which states you can only play 30 competitive games per year.
This contract sits legally before your club contract.
The player wouldn't be worth as much per year, say down 25% or so, but money doesn't matter, does it?
The Premier League will see this as positive as we will have a better chnace of winning the World Cup, also suits Club Chairman?
The 30 games will allow all Internal England players to have a month and a half off, with a two week England camp?
The public would then know who is serious about wanting to play for England and support England.
Simples!
