The Large One
Who's Next?
With not much on-pitch chit-chat to be had regarding the Albion, this Saturday's show will be given over to a (hopefully) informative discussion of various security and safety issues at Withdean, Falmer and other football grounds. This is especially pertinent in the light of the incident which took place at Withdean after the Walsall match.
To that end, Richard Hebberd (Albion Operations Manager) and PC Darren Balkham (Football Liaison Officer with Sussex Police) have agreed to come in and talk about their roles, and to answer questions, hopefully clarifying various points and procedures, and leaving supporters with a better idea of a variety of issues.
We will NOT be discussing Steve (The Mouth's) particular case, though obviously some reference may be made to it.
If you have any questions you wish to raise with either guest, or have any suggestions to improve the experience at Withdean with regards to stewarding or safety, please leave them here on this thread. We will do our best to get through as many as possible - though we can't promise to be able to read out all of them.
Abusive comment will of course be ignored, as will abusive questions.
You can listen live on 97.2FM in Brighton & Hove on Saturday from 12pm til 1pm, or at radioreverb.com on the internet. You can also listen later on the albionroar.co.uk website or on iTunes.
Cheers.
