Is the fact that people prefer to live in solid Democrat areas rather than solid Republican areas the main reason behind the increase in population in those areas? I've often thought what we need, in addition to ignore a specific poster and ignore a specific thread, is the ability to ignore a specific poster only in a specific thread.

Yeah, there are a number of posters that make interesting contributions on football threads, but are simply trolls on political threads. I’d rather not completely ignore them, but I’d never respond to them.
