I went also backed Southgate about 3 mins before kick off, 100/1 and 2 under. Hoping he has another day like that tomorrow after Hatton blew it before 10am

All sorts of weather today and Tommy Fleetwood produced a brilliant round of 6 under in the worst of the conditions. Those out there now have it comparatively easy, well as easy as Carnasty gets.

After two very interesting days, Today's play is rather dull and just like a PGA Tour event as they are firing darts at every green thanks to all the rain yesterday. Birdies all over the place but Tomorrow the wind is going to blow hard which will sort the men from the boys.

My e/w bet on Ricky was looking decent. Left the house, checked my phone and....... Oh.

Went up on Thursday. Left Preston Park 6.30pm on Wed. Caledonian Sleeper pulled into Carnoustie Thursday 6.30am. Walked round with Willett-he’s looking good. Money on Willett, Louis and Haotong. Brilliant championship. Amazing course

Sounds like a fantastic trip. Would love to do something like that.

Should be a decent day Today, especially with the wind due to get up. Spieth is low enough in the betting for me and whilst I wouldn't lay him, I certainly wouldn't be backing him at about 2/1. Plenty of come from behind winners here, hopefully another Today.

Going to try and listen on R5L but it's going to be all about Woods.
Understandable to a certain extent because he is in with a shout but it will go up to another level today after yesterday's cringing commentary.
I don't get this furore, have people totally forgotten what Woods got up to both on and off the golf course when he was good.
They said yesterday that he would make a great role model FFS.

With such a top heavy leaderboard, this is going to ruin the eachway betting.
Top three in a play off and 4 players equel 4th and thats all the7 places gone.
