That must be our TENTH goalkeeper strip this season, unless that yellow kit from the first half was ALSO a new strip?

Wow, I didn't realise you had so many keepers kits. Sully has only worn two different ones all season I think.

It was great - inspired him to a fantastic second-half display :lolol: Seriously, he was bloody good!

Heh, I kinda felt sorry for him..

I felt even more sorry for you lot because you couldn't even beat a team whose goalie was wearing a PINK jumper :lolol:

David Yelldell had to wear the pink top in the second half as the ref and linos changed to yellow and the only other goalkeeper tops we had were white, which for obvious reasons he could not wear, green, which he could not wear as their keeper had green on and they can not wear the same colour in case one keeper goes up for an attack, so it had to pink. To his credit he shut the home supporters up with some very good saves. We had four goalkeeper tops ready but as it turned out only two could be used.;)

And you couldn't beat a team with no midfield, no left back and a tactically inept manager.

But weren't you the HOME team? We took one point from you at your place with a team that was assembled in old Div 3 with a few FREE additions and a loan goalie in a PINK CARDI. When we were at home our ragtag team took all three points.

What was your argument again?:lolol:

Somewhere over there...
A week or two ago I was watching the Southampton vs Newcastle match on TV and Anti Niemi in goal for Southampton, was wearing a Black and white hooped shirt with the lines all close together and looked very similar to the Newcastle home outfield shirt, but still wasn't made to change.
I have also seen goalkeepers wearing the same coloured shirts in the same match as each other in the Premiership.

So does the Premier League have the same rules as us or does the Premiership not give a shit

My argument was you couldn't beat a team with no midfield, no left back and a tactically inept manager like I said above.

Why the fixation with the pink shirt? I felt sorry for the keeper, but pink is my fav colour and I kinda liked the shirt!

I'm a little suprised you didn't take all 3 points yesterday.

If you would like to model it for us on NSC I am sure we would not complain
