(1) is that a true story or an urban myth?

Actually, it was a genuine question, I've heard about it plenty of times over the years, but have never actually seen the proof, as it were.

I wondered if it was one of those things that never actually happened, but has turned into a quality urban myth as time has passed!

Yep I had the original team picture as a lad, probably mid eighties I seem to remember, Chris Catlin era.

It definitely happened, but I think it was just one of his nads that had slipped out of the inner lining, not the whole packet.

It was in the Sun and everything from memory!!
