Not a favourite at Brighton perhaps(!) but he had a good career, and TBF he wasn't the worst ever England manager! Anyway, sympathy at this time to his family and friends. RIP.
I'm pleased it came as a shock to me. It means that those in the media who must have known he was unwell chose not to invade the family's privacy and left them alone.
He was a big name in football and I always enjoyed the way he set up his teams.
