I presume that's ironic. Your description sounds like the behaviour of cyclists pre lockdown in and around Brighton
I wasn’t but I know what you mean.

Anyone else noticing that there are lots of (presumably new) cyclists out there who have absolutely no idea about riding on busy roads. In the last three days I have had to brake twice as a fast cycling biker decided he/she didn’t need to stop at a junction and rode straight out in front of me.
There are gonna be some nasty accidents if they don’t learn quickly that they don’t have right of way at all times!
Errr...
’All tax payers pay for roads, not just motorists. Those who pay income tax and those who pay council tax are the ones who pay for roads, and that's not just motorists. And anybody who buys anything in Britain also helps to pay for roads because VAT also contributes’
As a non car owning cyclist I pay enough already to cycle on dangerous, potholed roads not fit for purpose. I’m guessing you have an anti-cyclist agenda,..
If you're thinking about getting a bike, better get in quick, the anecdotal evidence on here is backed up in this piece.

I was out on the Downs last night for a sunset run and three middle-aged men mountain bikers came flying past, close together in single file.
It's quite a remote possibility that they live together, so I assume they are mates who meet up for a ride. I've seen similar small groups on the trails over the last few weeks, as well as similar on the road.
Did I miss the bit where cyclists got an exemption from the social distancing rules that apply to the rest of us?
Even more amusing (or not), going into Strava Flybys for my run last night, quickly identified two of the three cyclists, and one of them has NHS and a rainbow overlaying his profile picture. Wanker.
Where does that say it's OK to ride in close proximity with others from outside your own household, particularly in their drafts?
What is also quite telling, I think, is that in all of their ride photos they've attached to their Strava rides, the other two riders and their bikes are nowhere to be seen.

'tis true. I've been looking to get a bike and Halfords website (just as as an example) shows nothing in stock under £350, and I'm not serious enough about it to pay that much for a bike.
I might be able to help you out if you're teen-tiny.
and by teeny-tiny I mean about 5ft tall oh and...
...female (although I'm not sure the geometry will be so different as to make that a proper issue)
I assume this is Brighton:-
