Anyone know if that's actually going to happen?

Current got a standard ITV catch up facility on our Sky account.

Thanks

Still in the pipeline.

In the meantime, try to put the app on your TV or use a FireStick if you've got an older model.

Incredible they advertise this channel, without actually saying half of you have no way of getting it!

Wasted a lot of time searching for something that isn’t there yet basically.

Yes, iOS apps do but I know my TV app (on Samsung and LG) doesn't and if I stream from iOS to TV it doesn't go full screen. Not sure how FireStick app differs from a TV app or iOS app. But thought it was worth mentioning.
Cool, finally caught up across 2 threads! Good luck.

Quite, they keep advertising all these quality dramas, including the Burgess Philby and McClean one, and I can’t get it on my TV, and they call it technology 😂

Another service that requires me to register, with a password and give them my email address so that they can presumably bombard me with sh1t. No thanks. I shan’t bother yet and I’ve got around 200 other channels to keep me grumpy.

Yep mine too, a Samsung from 2018. Contrary to what others may report.
Yes it will do. Only Samsung TV's offer the 'live' option on ITVX. I have a LG TV and I can do live ITVX by going via the web browser to ITVX rather than the app but you don't get full screen - the full screen button doesn't work. Apparently if you watch for an hour on the non full screen it will eventually go full screen, but I've not bothered to test that out.

I've watched Nolly on ipad, I just can't get it on my TV in lounge.
I had that problem initially ..and very frustrating ….older smart tv ..managed to update the app (maybe downloaded the new one) and seems fine now …I have also bought a FIRESTICK at a discounted price which seems to make a lot of things easier
