i just bought one of them there blue tooth dongly things, its all installed and stuff but my phone cant find the computer. the computer can find the phone but not the other way round which is really what i bought it for. i sometimes get a message saying the licence does not support this product (or something like that)

that totally lost me mucker! done a few of the checks it told me to do. my phone name is actually listed on the computer so its found it (bonded with passkey and stuff) but when i search for devices with my phone it doesnt find the computer

If its Samsung phone you are using i wish you luck. In the end i gave up trying to connect with their useless Easy Studio software.

Try trawling your query in Google. That's how i found the solution. If i can recall the link i will post it

Transfer files by cable or blue tooth. However in the first instance you will have to check what video formay your mobile supports. Accordingly you may need to use some file conversion software such as Xilisoft. In my case i have to convert mpg or avi files to my Samsung 3gp format

ive got a motarola V3 raza, i can now send files from the computer to the phone, but not the other way round, keeps coming up unable to connect

Download stuff from www.mobile9.com or www.zedge.no ( there's loads more) - Run Nokia PC Suite, connect your phone to the cable supplied and the other end to the computer, double click the little pic of a phone by your clock, then use file manager to transfer stuff (you may need to use "manage connections" first if you haven't done so - follow instructions on screen) Piece of piss! -
