Apologies if this has already been covered.

The team were out very early for the second half. Boro were still doing halftime raffle draws and the like, and our players had to keep themselves amused for a good 5 minutes waiting for both the opposition and the officials.

Seemed slightly curious.

Not sure if they were early or Borough late. Linesmen were checking the nets before Borough appeared and the Ref went back down the tunnel to find them.

We were early. The officials were a fair few minutes after them and then the Boro players after that, as you said.

Maybe the players were given a bit of a volley from Hughton and Calderwood and told to get out their and win the game.

Did seem unusual though especially as you say they were a good 5 minutes early

Half time always seems shorter with the televised matches (have to down my beer much quicker at the Amex!). They probably had the TV guys banging on the dressing room door saying that the advert break was about to end.

No no you have it wrong the ref went back down the tunnel because he realised the brown envelope was showing from out the top of his shorts. (Alledgely)

Knowing what CH is like, I would suggest that he said "Not much more I can say, you know what you have to do, get out there and put it right"
