Not bad, bit worried about the defence of our left flank, but you can't have everything.

Who is the Hammers rightwinger at the mo, is it Etherington?

Benayoun

Good player but has had a poor season, (as most of them have) likes to come inside...

Wouldn't argue with Bob, I like that.

I am a fan of Frutos, bit worried about him as he hasn't fit in, but without Cox in the team, I think it will suit him better as he will be the only player down the left. What I mean by that, Cox used to take up some of his space etc.

I think Gatting will play with Jake on the left wing and Lynch as cb.

Albion's new recruit Joe O'Cearuill reckons he can keep Luis Boa Morte quiet again at Upton Park today.

The Seagulls' 19-year-old loan signing from Arsenal makes his debut in the FA Cup third round showdown at West Ham.

And he could come face to face with Boa Morte once more following the Portuguese star's move from West London with Fulham to East London with the Hammers.

"I've played against him before at reserve level," O'Cearuill revealed. "I've marked him. I did well and I can't remember him scoring."

O'Cearuill had no idea the first match of his loan spell was against West Ham until the news was broken to him by former Seagulls chief Liam Brady, now Arsenal's head of youth.

"I was delighted," he said. "I've actually played there three or four times before, once at youth level for Leyton Orient and twice for Arsenal reserves, but never in front of a full house, only a couple of thousand.

"I feel like I can cope with it. I've been training with the Arsenal first team for almost a year now so it isn't going to be anything new to me really, coming up against the likes of Matthew Etherington or who ever.

"It's great training with top players. You learn so much from them. I speak to Kolo Toure a lot and Philippe Senderos and Emmanuel Eboue. They are really nice people as well as good players."

Albion boss Dean Wilkins said: "Joe has been training with the first team at Arsenal, so he has been playing against Freddie Ljungberg, Thierry Henry and players of that calibre.

"I think the quality of players he will be facing won't be too big a surprise for him."

O'Cearuill is expected to make the first senior start of his career at rightback, with Joel Lynch partnering Guy Butters in the centre of defence and Kerry Mayo at leftback.

Adam El-Abd moves back into midfield alongside Dean Hammond and Frenchman Alex Frutos comes out of the wilderness on the left for the suspended Dean Cox.

Albion (probable): Henderson; O'Cearuill, Butters, Lynch, Mayo; Fraser, El-Abd, Hammond, Frutos; Revell, Robinson. Subs (from): Kuipers, Hart, Carpenter, Gatting, Rents, Elphick.
