I thought he was back in training? Who knows...

not back in training according to various Argus reports this week (also quoting CH)

CH had hoped he'd back in time for Southampton but he's not.
On Tuesday he said..."“With Pascal, we were always hopeful he might be available for the Southampton game.
“The type of injury that he had, although he has had no problems with it, was still significant enough that it has taken this period of time.”
(but in the end he hasn't started training again so he isn't)

Subs: Button, Andone, Kayal, Jahanbakhsh, Locadia, Burn, Bong.

Something like that then?

My usual Sauce tells me....

The starting line up will be the same as the Palace game, with Andone on the Bench.

On this basis and The Gem is rather good at this then 4-3-3

Ryan
Montoya Duffy Dunk Bernardo
Propper Stephens Bissouma
Knockaert Murray AliJ

Subs: Button, Bong, Burn, Kayal, Izquierdo, Andone, March,

A fit Locadia, Bruno, Balogun will all miss out from the 18
with Gross only injury.

Andone is back training. Its not really a massive surprise if he starts or at very least is on the bench.

It was tongue in cheek - a comment at my usual terrible form predicting the line up. But I don't htink Andone can start if he's only been back for one day which is what AN said.

Agree, Gem normally gets it right so I was probably one player off in the serious bit of my post......

I don't see how Locadia can miss the 18 having singlefootedly got the team to Wembley by being more productive in 15 minutes than the entire starting 11 were for the previous 75 minutes.

Would like to see Glenn start this one and rested against Chelsea.
In fact I would expect to see some notable changes against Chelsea.
Playing top 6 twice in 4 days will be demanding on our players

It's a 0 pointer for us and I would like to see the back four rested for the semi-final.

CH can't make that call until after Southampton, a return to the usual form of 2019 resulting in losing, will mean he can't just bin off another possible 3 points, no matter how unlikely they'll be.

T'is a shame for Andone as I'd like to see him start v City, meaning Murray will have to start tomorrow & Wednesday, which seems unlikely.

I was only talking about the front 11, and Andone is on the bench, didn't find out who else was on the bench

I read what you had to say about the Palace line-up, and it transpired that you were wrong about Andone on that one

Only because he got injured 2 minutes before the game started !!!!!!! Andone was starting.
