The tricky thing is does Barnes play. No but if we go 1-0 up with 20 minutes to go, He may be wanted for any M'bro corners, to defend. But it could be Hammond. Orlandi to take the corners. Dicker is noit included but he would be first choice to take corners from the left (inswingers), but I think we ought to take short corners at this side to get Dobbie-Orlandi-Bridge working a pattern

Some teams have too many right-sided players.

Palace (I know we are playing Middlesbrough) are so high up in the division is because they are good at winning the second ball. This doesn't count if we keep hold of the ball in the first place. So Orlandi who is not a ball winner, or Hammond who is? But most of all Crofts because he can can keep hold of the ball when he gets it.

Woodgate was always a good defender. Middlesbrough have scooped a few good players, but some will not be playing. We should be able to handle Emnes though ?

If Buckley is ok he has to play surely. Same applies to CMS. I expect Barnes to get the nod so it's the Croft, Hammond, Dicker dilemma with 2 from 3 there. The rest is straight forward.


Wouldn't mind seeing the CMS/Dobbie partnership sometime Saturday as well. It might have to wait if CMS tires after 60 mins though.
