In the first instance team car because the cyclist didm't have lights and was dressed in black. That said in the second instance the car was wrong when it continued to run him over.

Team car acted like a dick running over his bike which was un necessary on this occasion.

Grown rather attached to my walk to university, a pleasant riverside walk along the Thames path. Underground if I need to get somewhere quick. The only time I rode a bike in London was on a Boris at 2AM, it was great fun but I don't trust the drivers to do it during the day.
