Ever ever?

I think what Potter and the club are doing is very commendable. Hopefully, it will prevent the Michael-Owen-issue of ruined hamstrings by playing too much too young.

Jenas said the same on MOTD2, how brilliantly GPott has managed him since the injury and the impact on rushing a player back has on his career further down the line. He was speaking from personal experience of course.

Played an average of 56 mins since he's been back. Again, GPott and the other backroom staff have been just brilliant about his recovery when the temptation will be to play him 90 mins in every game.

How does that compare to Cucurella? Or the other side WB in the same games? Regardless of the stats - we still have to manage him very carefully compared to almost everyone else in the team.

There's little point in comparing him to anyone - all the players will have individual load parameters and be managed against those.

Not sure if he is world class yet but he is a game changer who a lot of top teams will be looking at. Glad he is at Brighton and hope he stays here for a while.

Should he play for England , hopefully they will ignore him so they don't have the opportunity to b*gger up his carefully managed health.

Personally think he is the closest I have seen to a proper wing (small, fast , gets to the byline) in a while. A rare talent.

Hughton going to take the Ghana job apparently - and getting Lamptey to choose Ghana over England is his first 'task' apparently

Lamptey is what live football should be all about excitement. When we are slow as snail in the final third we could play all day and not score.

It might work, Lamptey seems to have as much chance of taking Reece James place as he did at Chelsea. Being a Brighton player won’t help given who the England manager is either.
