Tansfer window - anyone to come or go?

OK, nearly there now. The dreaded time when the big boys go cherry picking (and I'm not talking about Ernest chasing ladyboys in Thailand either).

Possible Out.
Lynch - unlikely as he hasn't even been able to hold down a first team place with us.
Cox - has done brilliantly, but maybe too soon for anyone to offer enough to make DK accept.
Revell - could be the dark horse in a Whing swap deal.

Possible In.
Whing - hopefully, especially as he seems to want to make the move.
Bowditch - I haven't seen a great deal of him, and the injury doesn't help. Could be worth a punt if we can get at a decent price.

Can't see anyone else in our squad being targetted by a bigger club.

dont think our players are that in demand. Lynch possibly due to the fact teams go mad for all things left sided. Can afford to lose him anyway imo if price is right.

Wouldnt touch Bowditch , although clearly good player , cant afford the risk

I thought everybody knew, it's been all over NSC...

Revel is going to Coventry.
Lynch is going to Portsmouth.
Cox is going to Everton.
Robinson is going to Bristol City
Kuipers is going to Boston.
Hammond is going to Colchester
Mayo is going to Peterborough.

(I made the last one up)

What, America?

:p

I can't see anyone going, as the players that are playing well are too new to first team football. End of the season departures are more likely IMO.

No one will go, and we can't afford to let Lynch go contray to what a few people are saying. With the injury to Hinsh we are short of centre backs. Would like to see Whing tranders and possibly Bowditch and John both till end of season loans

dont matter
If Coventry lose their next game, Micky Adams might not be in a position to make any signings or sell players come January 1st

In - that ender bloke

out:

Whing - recalled
Bowditch - injured
Cox - Swansea 350k
Revell - Coventry 200k
Robinson - Watford 300K
Lynch - Ipswich 200k = small sell on say 30%

Wilkins to Reading as No2 to Coppell - compensation £100k

That gives us a million+, pays for the extra legal costs should the Government order another PE and will pay off out £500k we are losing a year.

As we have so many good youngsters now, that may step up to the breach, we will be fine in mid table obscurity

I think some brief flashes of good football have blinded many into believing that every team above us is after our players. If we were 12 points clear at the top I could understand this, but we're midtable and inconsistent. As much as I like many of our young players ,I can't see them (YET) being high on the purchase list of many Championship clubs. I don't think the likes of Revell, Cox, Robinson are even capable (YET) of playing successfully in a top level Championship team.

I cannot be bothered to check this out, but assume this is a poor wind up, and that there is not really a player called 'fill ma twattwattwattwat'?
