SHOREHAM BY SEA
I just found their shows to be the lowest common denominator dross. Cycles of 9 minutes of inane waffle and stirring from bores, then 6 minutes of ads for socio economic groups D E.

I gave it a go hoping it’d be similar to R5, LBC and R4. Sorely mistaken.

I’m going against the grain but i found some of the clips on YouTube far more interesting than daytime R5

Anyone actually know the real reason why the two Mikes stopped working together?

Conspiracy stuff. Atlantis, aliens, Ark of the Covenant, Illuminati, that sort of thing. They avoided Covid but were banned for questioning the American Presidential results, saying it was a scam.

The two presenters were likeable and spoke well. I liked watching their show, but - DISCLAIMER - I don't believe in ghosts or aliens or UFOs or the Bermuda Triangle etc...

I don't know, thought it was one of Barry's better efforts.

Paging Swansman. This thread is sorely missing your input.

No idea what "Talk Radio" is but all the censorship Google and other tech giants started to do in the last ten years or so is of course no surprise, its a common part of late-stage liberalism, the monopoly phase happening when there is nothing that regulates companies from being massively powerful. Last time liberalism was seen as the eternal flawless shite, Dutch East India Company and British East India Company were allowed and even supported to do whatever the **** they wanted and it took a few hundred years before people said "this shite is no good". Now people have forgot about that shit and are once again willing to trust mega corporations to get unlimited power (like silencing any other voice but their own).

Once five or ten big multinational corporations run our society, there is no longer the need or even urge for liberalism and we will go on to one of the other two roads (darwinism or socialism) and repeat some dumb shit in those areas and we will continue to wander in this maze until we're either all dead or we reach some kind of dead end where someone with power could freeze development and cycles.

As a conspiracy theorist, I think this development is according to plan. Most obviously believe that the development is just randomly happening. That is fine. But you'll have a difficult time to argue against the increasing strenght and power of these mega corporations, like it (most do) or not.

From a number of directions, including advertisers.

TalkRadio has been walking a very fine line recently there have a few incidents. It doesn't get in the news that much because it doesn't get many listeners.

The owners are already hedging their bets with the new Times Radio.

Well it’s back, so whatever they were banned for had no substance

There clearly was substance which was the channel was taken down for review.

Google have made a statement:

'We quickly remove flagged content that violate our Community Guidelines, including COVID-19 content that explicitly contradict expert consensus from local health authorities or the World Health Organization (WHO).

'We make exceptions for material posted with an educational, documentary, scientific or artistic purpose, as was deemed in this case.'

I'm got a pretty good idea what that was all about but aren't going to post that here.

It's the message about humanity transcending into the 5D couniciouness state which seems to get shut down the fastest. Not stuff about Covid.

Well...I heard a Mike Graham programme recently, with Peter Hitchens as a guest. They were both poo-pooing the impact and danger of Covid 19. Seemed to be suggesting that it was no different to Influenza, that there was general overreaction/hysteria, that massive damage had been done to the economy needlessly and that the Government's chief scientific and medical advisors were advising poorly.
This is a sensitive issue for many people, particularly those who have lost loved ones and I can understand if it didn't go down well.

Yes but you will only read what they want you to read about a subject.

For instance if you try and search for Corona virus conspiracy on Google you will only see results for how the conspiracy theorist are loonies or bebunking conspiracy theories.

Like the media, Google/YouTube will only allow you to know what they want you to know and you can't dare question what they say.

I'm no conspiracy theorist but I like to make my own mind up about a subject, not get told what to think.

maybe those returns are because they are the most frequent and relevant to a generic search?
