Absolutely. Lets face it, shoving today’s paper under your arm and marching off to the shitter at work isn't exactly discrete. Ensuring your phone is in your pocket before 15 minutes ''me'' time is definitely the way forward.

I may even dissapear now.

At home it's the iPad.

You can easily sit on the toilet for 30 mins plus without realising these days...
