I was being serious! Reading this thread I can now tell you that Mark Owen and Gary Barlow were/are in Take That. I'm 99% certain Ronan Keating wasn't.

And no, I don't know any Take That songs. Seriously. I've obviously probably heard them from time to time but the titles didn't register. But just to blow any street cred can I say I actually quite like some of Robbie Williams' stuff! 'Angels' is a nicely-structured song.

Seriously pissed off with the over exposure this lot get. Even though I studiously avoid the Saturday night TV variety slots, they are still getting on my nerves.

Regardless of whether you like their music or not all of the Take That albums since they reformed, including 'Progress' are extremely well produced

Say what you like about Take Prat, but they are completely unique in music history (no not for being shite). Name me one single other group who:

1. Reformed years after splitting up and came back more successful and with critically acclaim for their song writing that they certainly didn't achieve first time around.
2. Brought back an estranged member of the band with whom they will potentially be enjoying even greater levels of success and an album that has been hailed as their best yet.
