Yes we have, the club had to submit mid-term accounts to the FL, and there was a meeting of the FL board last week (I believe) which would have highlighted any clubs in breach.
Promotion bonuses are excluded from FFP calcs (£12-15m) as are academy costs (c.£5m) stadium/facilities depreciation (C.£5m), Community schemes (£2-3m) etc.

TB's total investment is the loan of £171 million, plus 93% of the share capital, giving a further £81 million, which adds up to £252 million.
