Bollox - no point specualating - some of us are going to be dissapointed. I am making a last ditch attempt at getting tickets by begging and borrowing - have resigned myself to the fact that i will probably be watching it in a pub in Brighton.

I will give it a couple of days and then perhaps all us non ticket people can arrange a pub to meat in to watch the game.....

:(

But on a plus side - my home ticket arrived days ago :)

Looked like it.

I got there at about 7:15 and there was about 20 or so already.

Well I hope they work from the bottom of the pile not the top Yoda as mine had only about 4 before it

:p :lolol:

Yeah! To people who couldn't be arsed to get of their lazy fat backsides all season and want to be part of the glory now!

Everyone who went to a National falmer Day game should be guaranteed a ticket. Two if you went to Selhurst

Not so!

My brother just told me that when he dropped my ticket for the home leg off it got put on top of the pile. Then one of the women that works there came along and started opening them from the top down. :D

On NSC for over two decades...
Having read the latest bulletin on the club website I'd say I'm very much at the mercy of the Royal Mail as to whether I get an away ticket. The application was sent first class, posted Saturday, picked up Sunday, so should have been with the Albion yesterday. It's a LOTTERY I tell you!!!!

 :nono: :glare: :) :lolol: ???

And if you're going to talk about average crowds then how come we've been getting 6,300 all season (600 short of capacity) and now everyone is clamouring for tickets?

Anything to do with the away section hardly ever being full ?
Tickets being sent back late ? Green plastic draped over seats ?

if regular away travellers dont get one it's a scandal

they should have made us keep stubs from the likes of tranmere and Stockport, cheaterfield etc

I did not get a ticket at either Tranmere or Stockport, handed over money and turnstile rotated. VAT fiddle ???

Cannot vouch for Cheaterfield

this situation always comes up for the big games.
there should be a scheme, were it is done in some sort of priority.
problem is loadsa catagories:

-season ticket holders that go to all games home and away
-season ticket holders that go to all home games and some away
-season ticket holders that go to to home games only
-non season ticket holders/ams that go to all home and away games
-non season ticket holders/ams that go to some games home and away
-non season ticket holders that only go to home games
-non season tickets holders that only go to away games
-glory hunters that only come to big games
-1st timers

in these catagories, season ticket holders that only go to home games get more priority than non season ticket holders that go to all games home and away.

is it fair?, probably not, but we all know the rules and out of sheer lazyness i might not get a ticket - my own fault.

because i have the time to go to all the games, do i deserve a ticket more than a person that can only go to the home games (ie family restrictions) - no. we all want to go, but the reality is that we cant

if it was at falmer the problem would be relieved somewhat, but not eradicated - so it is another case for the NEED for Falmer

All they need to do is keep a log of who goes to each ticketed away game (sure they do this now in some form) and for those pay on the gate away games get the home club to issue some sort of voucher at the gate. bingo.
