Why do swear words exist if they are so bad?

Who ever did probably started one of the most influencing things on our society without pocketing some dollar.
I'd like to meet Mr f*** and his trusty sidekick Mr Dickhead:lolol:

Thing is, every language has its own tarnslation of f*** and shit. It's brilliant! Who thought of it first? Must have been in medieval times, when everyone smelt of shit and all they could do was f*** to keep warm. Hence the phrase, "you're a shit f***" :dunce:

*sorry*

On the subject of swearing, has anyone noticed that the word CRAP seems to be allowed on daytime TV/radio now?

Has it always been like this, or has CRAP been kind of decriminalised?

Yes I was told we were quite noisy and rude.

I do feel sorry for normal people on trains home from games but we did have some good banter with the Berwick and Darlington fans, and I did offer the woman sitting next to me some of my vodka red bull!!
