Surprised this hasn't been mentioned as it's a few days old now but Sussex have signed Ross Taylor as their overseas player for next year (or part of the season at least). Goff's English registration hasn't gone through yet but it must be close

He's a decent batsman and should score a lot of runs in Div 2 cricket - they're really going for a quick promotion - a good signing

Well, I did a search just before I posted and absolutely nothing came up. As I said, I was really surprised nothing had been posted but I wasn't to know the search function is totally screwed

EDIT: Just done another search and it's not still not showing that thread, or indeed, this one
