I hope the weather is good, I left my house on my bike this morning in bright sunshine and 200m up the road it suddenly pissed it down and by the time I made it to the station I was drenched! A good game of cricket and victory for Sussex will definitely cheer me up.

Just to stir up some discussion, who would you select for this match, and in which order would they bat?

I'm unsure about Mike Yardy - I just don't think he's a natural 20/20 batsmen, although his spin bowling does give us an option. If he does play I'd drop him down the order to cover for any mishaps further up the order.

I'd bat in this order...

Luke Wright
Murray Goodwin
Chris Adams
Chris Nash
Rana Naved
Andy Hodd
Robin Martin-Jenkins
Mike Yardy
Mustaq Ahmed
James Kirtley
Saqlain Musthaq

Leave Yardy out, no point him playing in my opinion. We have to play two spinners and they should be Mushy and Saqi. Yardy is out of form with the bat and Hopkinson should play for his fielding and his batting which has improved in this competition this year.

Wright
Goodwin
Nash
Adams
Hopkinson
RMJ
Rana (who can move up the order as necessary)
Hodd
Mushtaq
Saqi
Kirtley

I'd have those XI but in this order... That side would be proper Twenty20 stuff if Matt prior were in it too.

Chris Nash
Murray Goodwin
Luke Wright
Chris Adams
Andy Hodd
Rana Naved
Robin Martin-Jenkins
Mike Yardy/Carl Hopkinson
Saqlain Musthaq
Mustaq Ahmed
James Kirtley

The same just moving Nash to opener, Adams to four and Wright in at three.
