Just looked at the National Cricket bowling averages as on the BBC site, and Nash heads both the Championship Div 1 and the Nat West Pro 40. Admittedly he hasn't bowled a lot of overs (about 8) but he must be well chuffed with his spin lately.

By the way am I the only one doing this thread or would anyone else care to join me?

Stuart Law was interviewed during Monday`s game and said then that the ground at Blackpool was currently under water, hopefully it still is.

Just got back from Hove, where life without Mushy (on the pitch) starts.

Nash and Yardy looked very good, Yardy nicked a ball off Pattinson early on and started to walk, only for Reed to have put down an easy take going to his left. he then nicked one past him for 4 to his right. I missed the wicket as I was leaving just heard and saw the Notts players go up.

Interesting to see how Hodd gets on batting at three, shame Collymore appears to be injured could have done with a strike bowler in this game.
