Adams might not be the greatest tactician but he's obviously brilliant at getting the best out of his players. It's great that he's hit form with the bat as well.
He's going to have his work cut out now: it looks like we'll be without Kirtley for a few games now, but if he can encourage an ordinary-looking seamer like Taylor to take four wickets, then there's real hope.
